Reppuzan makes sense on this matter, the Flash being Infinite in speed would mean literally every speed feat other then it would be infinitely lower.

I can explain with reasoning. I did countless times before. But it seems like they aren't readin ALL of it. If I was being immature, I apologized. I should've been civil. But, I can provide reasonic with proof.

The reason why we say outliers is because of the fact that authors tend to ignore established power levels for the sake of plot writing.

Hence we get scenes like Flash getting hit by an ordinary gangster with a bat when we've seen his consistently bullet time and process things in picoseconds and attoseconds.
