Funny Valentine decided to get every Dio possible (Dio Brando, DIO, Novel DIO, Anime Dio, Diego Brando, AU Diego, and HA DIO) together in the same place (he would've gotten more, but he was too busy being killed in every universe), but when they touched, instead of being paradoxed out of existence, a new being was born from the sheer ego of Dio, this new Dio had then fodderized every other Dio in front of him, believing them to be filthy imperfect Dios

Powers and Abilities: Superhuman Physical Characteristics, Enhanced Senses, Scary Monsters allows DIO to transform into a dinosaur and turn other things into dinosaurs of varying functionality, Body Control (Is able to control his veins, hair, and shoot beams of vampiric essence out of his eyes), Can spy on people from across the world using clairvoyant/psychic powers via Jonathan's Hermit Purple-like Stand, Mind Control via flesh buds that will attack or possess whoever attempts to remove them, Mind Control, Ice Manipulation, Soul Manipulation (Cut his own soul in half and placed it in someone else's body, forcefully turning them into a replica of himself. Can steal souls and make them his slaves and absorb them to further fuel his power), Resistance to Willpower Manipulation (Was completely unaffected by Gold Experience Requiem). Infinite Time Stop and Acausality with The World Over Heaven Ultimate; Dio has Resistance to Time Stop (Can see and think within frozen time). Clairvoyance and Precognition with The Passion, can cast Lightning Bolts, Teleportation, Enhanced Regenerationn (Mid-High; should be the same as Novel Kars, can reform after being turned into a puddle of blood, likely higher as he was able to recover damage to his arms caused by a temporal paradox.) Can heal any injuries instantly with TWOHU, albeit this has to be done manually by hand), Can turn others into zombies, dinosaurs or vampires, Flight via The World, Selective Intangibility with The World, Body Control (Can create Flesh buds out of his cells and was even able to remove a bone from his finger), Biological Manipulation (Can fuse organic matter together; flesh buds combine with the host's body and even become one with them after DIO's death), Life Creation via Flesh Buds (They are shown to be alive), Immortality (Types 1 and 3, possibly Type 4), can summon multiple knives that chase and attack the opponent from portals, levitation, flight and selective intangibility via TWOHU, Time Travel (Can also sends others through different parts of time), Reality Overwrite (Allows Heaven DIO to overwrite/warp people and things out of existence in any timeline as well as nullifying any attacks, like GER and Tusk Act 4, and rewriting the fundamentals of existence), can resurrect the dead, dimensional travel, acausality, possible dimension creation (He had his own dimension that he may have created himself)

Attack Potency: At least country level+ (fought Kars). City level with SRSE. At least Large Building level with The World Over Heaven Ultimate. At least Multi-Universe level, likely Multiverse level with Reality Overwrite (Overwrote the abilities of Johnny's Tusk Act 4 and Giorno's GER. Is also more powerful than Pucci's MiH and Valentine's D4C. Was overwriting the entire JoJo reality, which consists of an unknown but likely quite large amount of universes. Overwrote Funny Valentine's existence so that he no longer existed anywhere in the multiverse,

Speed: Massively FTL (can keep up with Funny and D4C, stated by himself to be faster than them.) Infinite with The World Over Heaven Ultimate (Countered Gold Experience Requiem)

Lifting Strength: At least Class 50

Striking Strength: At least country class+ physically (turned Kars into a spray of gore with every punch), At least Large Building Class with The World Over Heaven Ultimate.

Durability: At least country level+ (Kars couldn't kill him physically); Regenerationn and immortality makes him very difficult to kill (Even using the main timeline DIO's bracelets to cause a paradox, Jotaro was unable to inflict any permanent harm to DIO until his stand also began to manifest its Over Heaven abilities). At least Large Building level with The World Over Heaven.

Stamina: Limitless.

Range: Standard melee range, higher when casting thunderbolts. Several hundred meters with SRSE. 10 meters with The World Over Heaven Ultimate (Could possibly get weaker if it gets farther away from DIO, but it is unknown if TWOHU still retained it's range weakness). Multiversal with time stop and reality overwrite (Can rewrite anything within any timeline.) At least several dozen meters with TWOHU shockwaves and heat seeking knives. Multiversal with The Passion (Can see the future of people in his bloodline throughout multiple universes).

Standard Equipment: The World Over Heaven Ultimate, knives, a horse for some odd reason.

Intelligence: Genius (Was capable of setting up a generational plan that would take place across several universes and generations; could accommodate for surprises that would get him further to his goal). Skilled combatant and an ace jockey; is a manipulative person who takes weaknesses to their advantage and analyzes nearly everything an opponent does through habit or trick to completely defeat them.

Weaknesses: He is not immune to paradoxical damage. DIO's reality overwrite powers comes from his hands and fists. Should they get wounded or injured in anyway, Dio will not be able to overwrite reality until they heal. The Passion can only look into his descendants or his own future.

Notable Attacks/Techniques: Scary Monsters: Scary Monsters is a Stand that is bound to Diego's body at all times; the ability itself stolen from a Dr. Fernindad via the Left Eye of the Holy Corpse. Since it is bound to his body, it can fight hand-to-hand with other Stands and damage them. Infection: When DIO touches or scratches an object, they become infected with a virus that transforms them into dinosaurs. These said dinosaurs are always under his will and will obey his commands. Each dinosaur created varies in size and power depending on the object or organism he infects. Transformation: With Scary Monsters, DIO can transform parts of his body or himself completely into a dinosaur. Even without transforming, he gains traits of a dinosaur, such as enhanced strength, speed, stamina, and senses. He also gains a digestive system that allows him to eat, digest, and regurgitate normally impossible objects such as rocks. Fossilization: When DIO infects something, he also has the choice of turning them into a hardened state or shell, similar to a fossil. While it hasn't been used much, he was capable of fusing objects together to create a camoflague and transformed two guards into dinosaur-themed lamps. Vampirism: Gained from the Stone Mask, Dio obtains supernatural and superhuman abilities. His senses and physical attributes are strengthened heavily. He is capable of regenerating almost any wound and possesses incredible control over his and others' bodies. The Ultimate Lifeform: Gained from drinking Kars' blood, Dio has become an Ultimate Lifeform like Kars, but not to the degree like him. He gains an increase of strength and heavily increased Regenerationn abilities. While he hasn't shown the abilities like Ultimate Kars (Adaptation, Reactive Evolution, and Power Mimicry), by default he should already be able to have: Evil Implants: Dio can create parasites that are implanted into his victims' brains. When taken out, they grow tentacles in attempt to kill the host and the person who takes it out. Space Ripper Stingy Eyes: Dio fires pressurized jets of waters from his eye sockets, which contain his vampiric essence. It easily pierces through human flesh and something as hard as stone and can split clouds. Vaporization Freezing: By lowering the temperature of his own body drastically, Dio can freeze organic tissue by touching it. This can range from simple limbs to an entire human body. It is noted to stop blood form flowing within the body, therefore acting as a counter to Hamon. Soul Splitting: Dio can split a piece of his own soul out of his body and place it inside of another individual. When his soul is inserted, it will begin to take over their body until they become Dio himself, both physically and mentally. This was how he created his double for Part III: Stardust Crusaders with Giorno's body.

The World Over Heaven Ultimate (TWOH): The World Over Heaven is a Stand that heavily resembles the original The World's design, but is now accompanied in white-and-gold colors to signify its new form. It still attacks with physical strikes, and activates its ability by contact. Reality Overwrite: DIO can overwrite any instance of reality by contact from either him or TWOH. With it, he can manipulate and change whatever he likes with said object. Either to possess a person or to erase them from all possible timelines, there are no limits to what he could do once he overwrites the object he touched. It is also acausal, as seen by completely ignoring the effects of Gold Experience Requiem and strangling it. Infinite Time Stop

The Passion: The Passion originally appears as a secondary ability as a crown of thorns on Dio's head. Once Kars takes out the The World Ultimate's Stand Disc and destroys it, The Passion makes its full appearance as a Stand. It looks similar to the biblical icon, Jesus Christ, and has the same crown of thorns Dio originally had on his head. Bloodline Precognition: With The Passion, Dio is able to look into the the detailed future of himself and anyone in his (The Joestar) bloodline. It is unknown how far into the future he can look into, but it allows him to plan against anything and everything that could pose as an issue to him and change the future in any way he desires. This was how he got past his original fated death in Part III: Stardust Crusaders and how he knew when to set his plan into action.
