Also, like in every single composite match, if One piece use Brulee, then they have their own demon helping, bartolomeo op barrier, op defensive options like automatic logia Dodge to physical attacks or Law teleport with Yonkou stamina

Like half the relevant devils can teleport anyways. with stamina that way higher than Dante's that Yami described as seemingly endless and he wasn't even using 100% devil power. Endurance practically infinite since they don't care what happens to their body and they can regen passively and Megicula can speed up that regen too.. blah blah blah... (yeah I know, unnecessary)

Then One Piece has 30 to 50 guys that can fight for 1 week and nearly 100 Guys that can fight for 3 days, also, I cant argue anymore for the lack of consistent Wifi so goodbye for now

That doesn't prove things. The death curse is not used on beings like Noelle or anyone in the main battle. She usually just uses simple curses against her opponents. If Megicula had the ability to use DeathHax at will the result of the story would have been very different

The "DeathHax" is the whole reason the story even exists in the first place.
You might have well said "The death curse is not used on Saint Stage or anyone with resistance to curse manipulation."

She cursed Acier to death in a fight when Vanica is in trouble, with the added condition that whoever speaks of it literally dies
Cursed Lolopechka in a fight and decided to place a timer on her death so she can die at the exact moment she was done with Vanica. She literally blew her up anyway in the "main fight".
Vanica cursed the Dark Disciples and Megicula blew them up.
These are not "simple curses". It's Megicula's overconfident nature that makes her not start with cursing to death. She wants humans to suffer first.
and we have everyone having invincibility from Rill and literally blitzing her and her soldiers.
