Depends on how layered the powernull is.
From my knowledge Lucifero's and Zenon's power null are both pretty layered.
But this is completely dependent on if both of their power nulls would even effect each other since stuff like Negative Mana and Devil Fruits can't be equalized, maybe Haki and Negative Mana could but that's about it.
