Kirby is high end 4-A, while BRS is just low end 4-A, Kirby wins due the superior AP advantage. And he has way more abilities and powers that he can use (Tornado Kirby could easily blitz BRS and land a bunch of hits for example)

I love how every time a character gets upgraded to 4-A, the first thing that comes to mind is to put them up against Kirby.
But anyways, Kirby still wins for the reasons above. Just like every other Kirby matchup ever... It's rare for Kirby to get a notable matchup nowadays.
