Commandments' immunity to other Commandments

In chapter 207's question corner (you won't find it from manga translations, unless you can find it somehow besides its wiki), Nakaba states the Ten Commandments are immuned to other commandments. Since this is Nakaba, the author of the series, it's official. How do we mention the immunities of commandments?

But say there's a pair fighting with two commandments on one side (which pair fights are rare in this wiki), do we still leave it out?
