This is a topic that is very intensely debated among the HxH community, and I want definitive answers. Who wins in a fight to the death- Hisoka or Illumi? I always thought they were around the same level and I'm pretty surprised that no one's done this before.

Speed doesn't need to be equalized I think since their speed is relatively equal.

Battle takes place in the Heaven's Arena

Both from the Hunter Chairman Election arc

Both are bloodlusted and fighting to kill- basically, Hisoka is in the same mindset as he is in the Dark Continent arc and Illumi thinks Hisoka killed Killua.

And n all seriousness:

Hisoka is likely better hand-to-hand combatant, because Illumi is a pure assassin and Hisoka knows about Illumi's needles so they are not very useful even though it's pure mindhax and oneshot.

Both are equal in overall skill I think, Illumi was trained by monsters since day one and Hisoka was always fighting and training on his own

If Illumi was to assassinate Hisoka then maaaaybe but I vote for Hisoka in hand to hand combat because we've actually seen him fight many times, and Illumi no

Shalnark didn't have his Nen ability and was taken by surprise so it should be done. His Autopilot might do some real damage to Hisoka.
