Since Ness is being thrown into a fight with just about every Low 2-C character, lets see how he does against Chubby Sonic.

Both Low 2-C

Speed "Equalized" (idk if you can equalize omniprescence but for conviniece sake lets do it anyways)

Sonic is in Super Sonic form

Ness via Paralysis and Freezing. The former being extremely crippling to Sonuc.

Currently Ness is stalemating a 2-B, so not sure how well this will hold. but if it is not a stomp, Ness FRA

IMO, you should probably change it to 2-C Sonic or Super Silver since being psychic is pretty cool.

Still, Paralysis wrecks Sonic so I'm sticking with Ness
