Speed is equalized, both in character, both have all their weapons, battle takes place in a crowded stadium.

Edit: Chrollo and the Crowd knows Cinder's name for Round 2.


Round 1: Pre-Maiden Cinder vs. Chrollo

Round 2: Post-Maiden Cinder vs. Chrollo

Who will win and why?

The main issue here is if Chrollo knows her name or not, and whether or not the crowd knows that person. If they do not know her, Cinder takes both round with medium difficulty. If they all know her name, then it leans more towards Chrollo's favor, allowing him to blend into the crowd more.

nice fight but i think cinder would win both of then. round 1 with hard dificulties, and round 2 with some dificulties. post-maiden cinder attacks would be fatal for chrollo.
