Recently, it has come to attention that the calculation done here seems to have been done incorrectly, as the actual result of calc seems to be different from what is shown.

Using these values:

• Volume = 100936.53 m^3
• Pulverization Value = 214 J/cc
• Energy = [100936.53]*[100^3]*214 = 2.16e13 Joules, or about 5163 Tons of TNT.

This would mean that all characters that scale to Chun-Li would be rated to...

@Lina: Wouldn't it be sort of better to like make a (re)calc blog of this tho?

Also this would make them Small Town+ due the result you have here being more high up on the tier. Just to point that out.

Other than that, i suppose this is reasonable for a downgrade based on this here.
