Chun Li vs Mako Mankanshoku (with fight club uniform)

I thought that this would be a cool battle... but this thread would be locked if I dont equalize the speed (which i would prefer to not do)

so to make sure this thread has at least some chance to get to a conclusion.... Speed is equalized (this physically hurt me while i typed that)

Chun should take this mid diff at most. She's more experienced, has proper fighting training, and is more intelligent. Also she has a tad higher AP/Durability.

Well this is interesting, but Chun Li is taking this one mid-diff. The reasons given by Scarlet is enough and her kicks are just that powerful. Her kick spams might eventually overwhelmed Mako though it look Combat speed is equalized as well, but she might be able to spam them to a lesser extent.
