Round 1: Chuck cannot use See Through

Round 2: Chuck can use See Through

In character, no prior knowledge or prep time, both start in base, victory by KO or Death, takes place in the streets of Daten City. Who wins?

Would Chuck's toon force and Regenerationn be able to counter her reality warping?

And yes, he has See Through.

What are some things Chuck has done with his toon force? Also I definitely think it's a win if he does have See Through.

Mostly Regenerationn. He's been vaporized in a microwave, reduced to a puddle and a pile of ashes on several occasions, been decapitated and cut to pieces, had his body crushed completely flat, and after each time he just comes back together as if nothing ever happened. Although he has done some other things, like eating text and stretching his limbs and body to ridiculous proportions. Heck, he was even sent into the game Super Mario Brothers and came back.

Maybe his toonforce could counter it a bit, but it's probably unfair if he can do that stuff and has the See Through.

Maybe. I think this is pretty fairly matched besides See Through. Toon force and reality warping can equal out and that ludicrous Regenerationn abilty can make up for difference in DC/AP and speed is pretty equal.
