Chris takes this easily. Mr.Satan's first "move" is going to be him gloating at the opponent, and Chris is more than capable of hurting him. Keep in mind, normal bullets were able to hurt Mr.Satan, and there is absolutely no way that Chris nor his standard equipment couldn't.

I don't know man, Mr. Satan has taken some bullshit that would have killed random people dozens of times. Didn't Cell backhand him into a cliff? I also remember, Trunks punching him into a wall. Not to mention, jokes aside, he is a master martial artist.

Even under tournamnet rules, Chris still wins due to vasty increased intelligence. As well as the fact that Mr.Satan would simply run away before eventually getting pawned. Chris would get the first hit in as a GUARANTEE because Satan always starts by taunting his opponent.

I did say he was talented. 'Expert martial arts' is the common term used to describe any character that shows any notable fighting skill whatsoever. He's cheated in virtually every World Martial Arts Tournament he's entered, and shows little actual skill throughout the whole series.

How strong is Chris anyway, while Chris does have an edge in the overall skill department, we still have to remember that, while both are very skilled, the amount of damage they can actually do to each other still matter, because I am unfamiliar with how much power it takes to punch a boulder or to make a head explode compared Hercule's 651,175 J durability and attack potency.
