Kazane has some interesting analytical precog through scanning hand, wich allows her to predict her opponents attacks, excluding really weird ones like boob hypnosis. This is a rather early on key where she's still green, so her technique mimicry is nowhere near that good yet, needing touch and some practice to use copied techniques, and she misses most of her copied arsenal. The strength advantage she has is good, but Keijo is mostly a non lethal "fighting" style wich revolves more on knocking opponents over and sending them flying (also doesn't help that her opponents are also forced to only attack with breasts butt or hips, so someone actually using their limbs will be pretty bad for her).
Meanwhile Chris Jericho has a massive advantage as he knows actually effective combat techniques, is a grappler, wich is arguably way worse for an amateur to face when compared to a striker (even worse for Kazane as attacking with her butt breasts and hips will give him good opportunities for landing a hold). Has better LS (above average human vs Peak human) has a lot more experience and won't even have to worry going to jail considering Kazane is 18 by Start of series.
At worst he gets taken back;stunned by her weird fighting style at first and gets hit in the stomach or knocked over, then proceeds to land an incapacitating chokehold and wins.

Now, if it was a Keijo match instead of a normal fight then i think Chris would be the one getting clapped, unless the image of Chris Jericho trying to hit her with his butt proves to much for Kazane and she ends up leaving due to her shyness.
