Well, I've searched up the previous Chowder vs Henry thread, and it seems that it's a debate whether Henry can return from Chowder's plot hax or not. I don't see any reasons why he can't, given that he was able to come back from 180 endings/fails, which is basically 180 different timelines. And according to Chowder's profile, he seems to lack the range to permanently get rid of Henry.
