Chi-Chi and Drum should be 5-C

Goku admited he put too much strenght in his attack and Chi-Chi still got up just fine. Goku had much trouble dodging her attacks than he would with Tao's, and the excuse of "it was a gag scene" or "he was trying to remember the promise he made" isn't really valid.

Why isn't that valid that's literally the context of the scene and Goku is literally nonchalantly having a conversation with multiple people while this is happening he clearly isn't trying and when he does even slightly he knocks her out of the ring. He clearly wasn't trying to knock her out as he literally wanted to know who she was as she said she'd tell him if he won.

You can't be reading Tien literally says to Tao "I don't want to embarrass you... Please withdaw" again Tien wasn't trying to humilate Tao and didn't try until the moment he one shot Tao and knocked him out for a entire day and tanked his most powerful attack. Tien simply wanted the match to be over.

Goku has talked several times with his opponents while fighting, and he doesn't had nearly as much trouble as he had with Chi-Chi.
 
It's more efficient to ask her who she was while dodgin her attacks like Tien did, don't you think?
 
Right, and Goku being a genius in combat is gonna fight in a totally inefficient way against a girl he's trying to talk to.

No one is arguing against that, everyone knows she's way inferior to Goku. The discussion here is that she scales to Tao Pai Pai and Roshi

Vizer is arguing that Chi-Chi did better against Goku than Cyborg Tao did against Tien, with Goku being stronger than Tien, so Chi-Chi is stronger than Cyborg Tao.
 
Neither of them really did better than the other, Goku just put in a bit to much power into his punch. Your basically saying because Tao got fodderized a bit earlier than Chi-Chi, Chi-Chi is stronger.

Goku was trying to figure out who she was, he wouldn't immediately obliterate her. When she said he had to win to find out, he tried slightly and she got stomped.
 
Cause he wasn't trying, can you please for the love of the Manly Man-Emperor of Mankind get that through your head?
 
Just because he blocked the attacks doesn't mean he had to. Goku and Tien have entirely different fighting styles.
 
How does that mean the attacks meant anything damage-wise? It's a fight, even if he was trying to talk, Goku and Tien have entirely different approaches to fighting as they literally trained under different schools of martial arts.

Oh, and may i ask what's so different between their fighting styles? Because Goku's seems fairly unpractical based on his battle with her.

Why does that even matter? Goku is a powerhouse, we all know that. He doesn't ever really display his martial technique because he usually just has the raw power to finish his fights, he doesn't really need practicality. Especially against freaking Chi-Chi who was practically an ant compared to him.

With an attack that impressed even Tien, and that Goku himself admited he used way too much force (and Chi-Chi got up just fine not even 2 seconds after)
 
Maybe think that he is so much stronger than her that just a nub like that could do something like that to her?

They say that because they couldn't see anything (he didn't punched her, he used a Kiai to push her out of the ring)
 
Chi-Chi quite literally couldn't perceive or defend against his attack when he threw a simple freaking blow.
 
There's also the fact that Roshi is impressed and praised her abilities calling her "quite a master, and not only that. Her style resembles that of the Turtle School..."

That's not a "simple freaking blow" tho. That's an attack tha untile then, no one has ever done in DB and was teached by Kami.
