Monika has no counter to the Acausality, unless other versions of yourself just... ignore you when you get brainwashed, while I assume that Chen would just transmute eventually.

Monika can still be conscious after being erased, so transmutation shouldn't be more than a minor issue. As long as her file is still intact she should come back just fine.
