Speed with Portal Gun should be Lightspeed, it takes exactly 1.3 seconds for the portal to reach the Moon. There's also an interview in the Prima Guide that says they edited the scene specifically to make it exactly lightspeed, which I can try to get if needed.

I haven't played the game myself, but does the portal gun looks instant in-game? If not, it could scale to her whatever speed.
