Charmy speed BLACK CLOVER and Zora Weakness

This is simple, we have in Charmy ´s page that she is relativistic, sounds good

Except that when she transforms, she should be FTL for fighting Rill who is FTL himself

So, I proposed to add a new key for her speed when she transforms

Finally, Zora 's magic should have a weakness, he can create traps to counter magic, but the more time he use to create one, the more it can withstand powerfull spells, we have this example of one time his trap failed to reflect it and he admit it was because he needed more time
