Homelander calls the Smiling Friends to get him to smile, Charlie and Pim are sent over. Homelander at one point decides to kill Pim in order to make himself smile. Charlie doesn't like that goes to avenge Pim

Rules:
Speed Equal
Battle takes place in seven tower
They start 10 meters away from each other
Charlie has his Knight armour, sword and shield
Charlie has his lowest regen
SBA for everything else

Charlie seemingly has a good AP advantage twards him :3 charlie may not be the most experienced- but he has some training and combative ability fighting up :3 also he does seem to regularly train with a gun uvu. his sword and shield would give him good defenses against the laser vision of homelander ;3 I think it's close but I lean charlie :3

Homelander does massively upscales from his AP but Charlie is comparable to a guy who also upscales from his so the 2x gap should still apply. Charlie's armour and shield will render heat vision useless and so Homie will do the classic bullrush only to be met with a sword to the face. He can totally disarm Charlie with that massive LS advantage but that's giving his intelligence too much credit. You might wanna restrict Charlie's regen to only Mid-Low because High-Mid probably makes this a stomp. Other than that, I'll vote for Charlie.

I vote for Charlie winning the battle based on the quoted reasons. Additionally, I doubt Homelander would expect a character like Charlie to be able to harm him.
