Shouldn't it be unknown with at least 4-B considering how there isn't much lore in universe and there'll probably be a lore dump when they release the Dota 2 card game anyway. I just feel like there is not enough information currently to give him a clear tiering or any of the other fundementals bar maybe Enigma.

His tier comes through scaling from Io's Overcharge, which is this powerful

The fact that he has a feat that he directly scales from means the 'Unknown' isnt necessary
