When Pochita (Black Chainsaw Man) manifests, it's because Denji and Pochita's contract is broken, and the state of being a hybrid is caused by said contract.
Also the fear scaling for Hybrids is at least quite strange because Pochita and Denji have an equal volume of fear directed towards them, and yet Denji is fodder compared to Pochita. Surely it can't just be due to a limit of the human body since base Quanxi is physically stronger than every Hybrid.

Quanxi's just built different, like Kishibe+++. Yoshida straight up calls her strength inhuman.
Anywho, despite the fact that Makima thought she was facing Hybrid Denji, when Barem notes that he's a lot weaker, Makima brings up how no one fears him, implying fear scaling does apply to Hybrids.
This also makes Makima's delulu even funnier, because she'd rather believe that a Weakened Hybrid Denji could get Double K.O. with freaking Quanxi, than accept that she was actually facing Pochita, who does talk and spit phlegm, and doesn't follow her headcanons about him.
Meanwhile Barem's so blindly loyal that he just went along with it. Honestly shame on Quanxi for not pointing out the issue.
Quanxi: "Hold on hold on hold on, you just said that Chainsaw Man's weaker since nobody fears him."
Makima: "Correct."
Quanxi: "And right now we're facing Denji, not the real Chainsaw Man."
Makima: "Evidently, considering that he doesn't have four arms."

Hybrids shouldn't be affected by fear boost. The concept of hybrids were erased from existence by pochita so the devil half that would get the fear boost no longer exists. Am I on something or onto something?

The Hybrids are special because they're the only thing Pochita's eaten the concept of that still exists despite that.
Also as mentioned above, Makima literally stated that Fear Scaling applied while thinking she was facing Hybrid Denji.

A Devil cannot make a contract with Devils and Fiends.
If the Pochita who takes control over Denji was a full Devil, Denji's contract with Power would have been broken, but that didn't happen.
They are not feared equally, just look at Denji's interaction with the Devils and you will see that Denji is not equally feared among the Devils as Pochita.
Quanxi is the greatest Devil hunter that ever existed, her strength comes precisely from being feared by Devils, but not on the same scale as Pochita.

No? Denji still existed when Pochita took over, he just wasn't in the driver's seat. Power's contract wasn't with Pochita, it was with Denji.
Also Pochita's still called The Devil All Devils Fear after he contracted Denji.

Irrelevant, If Pochita were a Devil he would have to convert Denji's body into the body of a Devil and the contract would be broken because during that period Denji would be a Devil.
And? All hybrid Devils continue to be referred to as Devils by everyone.

You say that so confidently as if that's ever been explicitly said and Devil Anatomy follows any kind of biological logic. Denji and Pochita exist concurrently with each other, even when Pochita takes over. Denji's still in there and he's still a human, otherwise he wouldn't have looked exactly the same as normal when he got sent to Aging's World.
Gee it's almost like the Devil they hybridized with is still a Devil.

I'm not referring to that, I'm referring to the thing Yoru did with the statue of liberty or whatever that was calculated at Mountain level. She did that wing the Gun Devil or Tank Devil, which Pochita dwarves in scaling completely and Makima harmed immensely.

The strength of Yoru's Weapons come from how much guilt she had making them, not the strength of the Devils themselves. They're OP because they're born from a Mother Killing Her Kids. Also, Pochita isn't gonna scale to something that put two holes in him and then reduced him to a llmbless body on the ground.
When did Makima harm Pochita immensely under normal conditions? Because the Millenium Spear and the Graveyard Fight happened after he was greatly weakened. Also, the Pochita that Yoru fought is way stronger than the Pochita Makima fought thanks to the Chainsaw Man Church, meaning Makima doesn't backscale from anything Yoru did anyway.
If you meant Makima harmed the Gun Devil immensely, see above thing about Yoru's Weapons.
That was Sword Man, not Katana Man, and that's only City Block level+. The one in the kilotons assumed violent fragmentation of steel for 20% of the volume effected, resulting in an absurdly high value.
No he didn't. He multiplied cubic centimeters times kilograms per cubic meter to get kilograms, which doesn't work.
Because weight makes KE go up linearly, so a 500x different would only mean 9 kilotons * 500 = 4.5 megatons.
That link doesn't work.
1. We don't have 100% Gun Devil bullet speeds and 2. Probably not, considering they never fought and you can't just assume Horsemen >>> Everything Else.

Y'all I'm not gonna lie, after months of discussion, redoing 10 calcs, reformatting the Verse Page, and rescaling every profile's AP values multiple times, I'm kinda burnt out right now.

But what about this logic?
Can't you deduce how fast they are by like using 20% statistics to find out what 1% and 100% are?
For example, in the image I showed you, he used the fact that 20% GD was 249018 m/s and divided that by 20 to get the speed of 1% GD; and then he multiplied 249018 m/s by 5 to get the speed of 100% gun devil.
Also, wouldn't bang (or Makima's AP) scale to primal fears considering it harmed Pochita who is relative to primals via being the devil that devils fear the most? And sub relativistic speeds as well considering her movements are on par with Darkness who's superior or relative to Pochita and Aging who reacted to that attack.

No, because:
1.) Chainsaw Man doesn't have a Universal Energy System where Speed scales equally with some kind of internal energy, and-
2.) Even if it did (which it doesn't), the amount aggregate Gun Flesh wouldn't qualify for that anyway, it'd be related to Fear levels, and-
3.) Even if the Gun Devil's speed did scale linearly with how much flesh it has (which it doesn't), the KE calc you just linked assumed that 20% Gun could move its whole body at Mach 700+, which it can't, and-
4.) Even if it could (again, it can't), the KE also uses the incorrectly calculated mass that's blown up 10,000-fold.
So no, that is wrong on four different levels. And as a bonus!
5.) Even if the calculation wasn't based on multiple different incorrect premises (which it is), it still wouldn't be accepted because the devastation of 100% Gun's rampage does not even begin to approach one-f*cking-teraton, so it'd still be rejected by KE Rules.
Part 1 Pochita is nowhere close to Primal Fears. It took the Chainsaw Man Zombie Apocalypse for Pochita to become as feared as Sickness or Aging, and even that claim is arguable.
