At his peak, Juggernaut possess enough power to kill Cyttorak. He was also able of stalemating him in the past, where it was even shown threatening his dimension. So uh, yeah. That's about it. Solid Low 1-A scaling right here.

For some feats:

• Fought evenly with Nightmare in the past.
• It needed Thor to nullify his forcefield before he can do anything.
• While Thor was weakened, he did gained his strength at the last second when he fired Juggernaut with his Godblast.
• Matches the Hulk consistently, even initially overpowers an amped Horseman of Apocalypse version of Hulk.
• Defeated Professor Hulk in a prolonged battle.
  • Professor Hulk and Thor would destroy Hel in a battle that will last almost indefinitely.
• Stomped Captain Britain.
• Walks through Thunderstrike.

So I propose High 3-A scaling from matching Hulk and Thor, Low 1-A "At Peak" for matching Cyttorak and having enough power to kill him.

The concept of the avatars, at their peak, scaling to the full power of their gods is not wrong. It has happened before. So the idea here is not bad per say.

He was also able of stalemating him in the past, where it was even shown threatening his dimension.

This fight is kinda weird. What is this Scorpion that stinged his spine and healed him? He doesn't know what happened, and even says that he's hundred times stronger. Is that some form of temporary power-up?
