How strong do you think Cell would become if we took into account his potential and gave him a week to train?.

He has Frieza's potential (went from Star Level to Universe Level in 4 months). Android 17's potential (went from Large Star Level to Universe Level in like 10 years). Goku's Potential (ranges). Vegeta's potential (ranges). Trunks's potential (left at the end of the Cell Saga at Large Star Level and comes back Universe Level). All the Z Fighters (the same guys who went from Island Level to Moon-Small Planet Level in a year to prepear) and last but not lest Gohan (the man who trained for like 3 hours an came back Universe Level)

Cell potential is comparable to Buu because in his Skinny Form after a few hours of training overwhelmed Base Goku, whose God Ki became his own.

He may even be capable of bodying Zeno if he had 4 months of training... 2-C Cell

Although unless he manages to break the bounds of Infinity and transcend Space and Time in Dragon Ball id say that he would stay at 3-A forever.

I doubt he'd be too OP, even with a zenkai he was still weak enough to be beaten by 50% Gohan, though with training who knows.

Doesn't get past Beerus but passes everyone else :^)
