It is accepted that the androids trashed a 40 quettatons gohan with basically no effort..Using half of their powers, but it isn't accepted as a 2x multiplier? Even when kamiccolo was figthing toe to toe with android 17, so unless we headcanon that they were using half of their powers, even when cell wanted to absorb them
