I am a large fan of Bill Cipher but Alien X takes the win. Here is my reasoning, Alien X is automatically resistant to Mind Manipulation because Alien X has 3 minds, the Host and the Natural 2 Celestialsapien Minds. If Bill Cipher were to possess one of the minds it would do no good as all minds would have to be in complete agreence in order to complete a plan. Not to mention Bill Cipher scales to 2-A while Alien X was recently scaled up to 1-B

Alien X is only possibly 1-B and this match had him at 2-A, Bill's wincons was to simply locate the pocket dimension and kill all the minds, and X had no way to put down Bill

Even if then if Bill was L2-C, X would have no way of actually fully killing Bill, while Bill still has varies hax he could use

Ok X can hurt Bill, but how is he gonna stop him? Bill simply regenerates from X's universal destruction and uses his serveral hax, like soul manipulation to kill X

Alien X literal can lift an entire Universe and he is also unbound by the laws of time and physics and he can travel so fast he can generate a Black Hole and dont forget he also Alien X will destroy Bill's Physical Form completely and also Alien X is resistant to Mind Manipulation, Existance Erasure, and Time Manipulation, face it! Bill takes the L in this battle

Bill can regenerate without a physical form, Bill can just teleport out of the Black Hole, Bill is also unbounded by Laws Time and Physics, and Bill can use his Soul Manipulation to just kill X

Alien X is resistant to:
- Existence Erasure, Space-Time Manipulation (Survived the destruction of the entire Universe by the Annihilarrgh)
- Biological Manipulation, Transmutation (Was unaffected by Ben trying to detransform with the Omnitrix and Bellicus stated that Ben was never detransforming)
- Fire Manipulation (Ben wouldn't have died even if put on fire for thousands of years)
- All the abilities and resistances provided by the Omnitrix

Most likely yes, Bill couldn't escape the Nightmare Realm without the portal and the fact that Alien X effortlessly recreated a Universe makes Alien X power's known

Also Bill Cipher can only remove someone's soul IF they shake his hand and Alien X has 3 Seperate Minds which makes it more difficult for Bill to take over

Bill has dimensional travel to escape the universe, although it does not have a justifacation so sure maybe X could do it, but I dont think he would do that off the bat
Sure Bill needs to make a deal to manipulate the soul, however does not need to with the mind and can interact with mutiple minds at once without needing to enter them. Profile justifacation (Bill implies he now doesn't need dreams to enter minds, as he intended to enter Ford's mind anyway if he did not have the metal plate,[7] Bill can also now mind control people when he wants, leaving them as flying puppets[7] with no consciousness.[11] Paralyzed the minds of all the zodiac symbols before turning them into banners. Shown[7] twice[8] that he can leave his physical form to enter the Mindscape)
And Bill still does have his subjective reality to just imagine X to be defeated

According to Alien X's Page, Alien X has Eternal Life, Regeneration, and Transcendental Immortality which means characters whose true selves exist independently from the plane where they can be killed. Also in the show, a character stated that Alien X had the potential to wish everything out of Existence. Also, the people that Bill possessed scale to somewhere in the 8-C through 8-A region while Alien X scales to 2-A and possibly 1-B. Also, Alien X is a being who has Acausality Type 4 and Alien X can easily travel to locations outside the Universe like the Forge and don't forget Bill Cipher is not resistant to Existance Erasure and Alien X has that ability and would erase Bill from the Physical World leaving his mindscape form erased.
