Also in the show, a character stated that Alien X had the potential to wish everything out of Existence.

Bill has Low Godly Regeneration, Low Godly Regeneration can restore someone from complete erasure, X does not have any npi for Souls, Minds, etc, so he cannot negate Low Godly Regeneration

Also, the people that Bill possessed scale to somewhere in the 8-C through 8-A region

That would be an outlier

while Alien X scales to 2-A and possibly 1-B.

2-A Alien X is used in this fight not 1-B

Also, Alien X is a being who has Acausality Type 4

Bill also has it

and Alien X can easily travel to locations outside the Universe like the Forge

and Alien X has that ability and would erase Bill from the Physical World leaving his mindscape form erased.

He cannot erase his mindscape since he has no Npi for Souls or Minds according to his profile, and Bill has NEP for his Mind and Soul

In the Mindscape Bill was a Nonexistant Being and was invisible to the human eye until he entered your dream and in the Physical World, he has a form meaning he is now an existant being but he can still use some of his Abilites like Electricity Manipulation, Portal Creation, and more

NEP Soul/Mind and Low Godly regen based on it, the fact that most of AX's powers are already countered from Bill and madness hax being able to easily incapacitate him, as Bill has 2-A range after all.

Plus is not NLF, given that AX doesn't have a resistance to power null and his powers aren't anything Bill can't interact with, as he has NPI on Type 2 concepts.

It's erasing the cosmology, not just destroying it, so he'd need EE resistance. VSBW decided that erasing someone's history is fundamental for... reasons Ig? The cosmology also contains the Afterlife and Legerdomain which is made of mana so.
