If Pearl is .33c and Celebi is .24c, even ignoring that a legendary Pokemon is faster than a poliwrath, that's not even a 2X difference

Edit: a speedblitz is like 10X

Except 24% is from Poliwrath, a Pokemon slower than Pokemon slower than Celebi. Celebi only needs to be between 1.3 and 1.4 times Poliwrath to top that.

Well, the gems's speed I'm gonna try to upgrade anyway so the difference would probably be MUCH higher soon anyway. Also, someone else needs to take over the thread because Gyro had Ant block him for a month.

Pearl shouldn't have enough AP to one-shot either, Her 6-B comes from defeating Amethyst, who is not that much weaker than someone who is almost High 6-B, while Celebi scales from the Legendary Beasts, who in turn scale from the Legendary Birds, who's AP comes from being able to take down a High 6-B by teaming up, so they should be somewhat comparable.

And that's if Pearl continues to be 6-B, since it was agreed that Amethyst really shouldn't scale from Garnet at all, so she might get a downgrade.
