Hello could anyone explain how does Dracula have 720+ layers for his hax?

Every single time he comes back to life his power grows stronger, and in the drama CD it shows that someone being stronger or channeling more potent magic can resist hax or overcome resistances respectively. Grimoire of souls has an entire library worth of records where Dracula has fought hunters and was slain as that’s the entire point with Elgos’ purpose to document every single time Dracula was fought against, and there being roughly 720 of those grimoires recording each fight Dracula has over the millennia.

I've seen some countings of the Grimoires to reach all the way to the 800s + the worlds included in them on top of that, so idk if that can help to upgrade the verse

So in Castlevania DLC for Vampire Survivors you're able to fight Death who destroys all existence with a computer glitch effect which is elaborated by aspect of black described as "beginning of everything" which when obtained makes existence come back. Then the aspect of black also says this is "computer data" (its a reference too to symphony of the night so a bit funny and cool) and to not play it and when you play it that's what triggers existence coming back. So Vampire Survivors would be at least Low 2-C with info type 2 destruction for Death and the Directer and info type 2 destruction resistance for Death and all the players.
Great DLC and the aspect of black stuff is also a great double meaning for how Castlevania is the beginning of Vampire Survivors as without there would be no VS.

I was even trying to bring the verse to the wiki, but it's a lot. A lot, really, and they even released a recent DLC. The interesting thing is that a physiology page would solve everything since all the characters share the same thing, except for the initial bonus.

Yea it's a LOT of work with the tons of weapons items cards whatever as well as constant updates.

The rest is possible. The thing that needs updating the most are the cards. So, if I review the rest, it would be ready. But the weapons? I haven't even gotten halfway through. And I'm not the kind of guy who just lists the power and says "with several weapons". I like to mention them and say what they do. But if you're interested, basically all that's left is to finish the weapons part. Which is basically 80% of the thing lol.

The statement of them being in the same multiverse is in reference to all of the games in the series, plus in general almost every single alternate timeline game have shared the same lore together with Dracula’s existence and how darkness and chaos can bring him back to life among other things.
@Ang4I00 the literal magic book creatures are capable of doing the same thing and they don’t have the vital soul stuff going on, so they’d still scale regardless.

I guess that makes sense, though Drac's plot/text manip is much more potent and it's passive
Speaking of Grimoires though, shouldn't they give type 2 info manip? They're directly stated to be basically documented information and catalogued history of each ressurection Dracula and the world/reality inside of it is made from that information and is fundamental to it, unless I'm missing something

It depends.
Script/Narrative and info2 are usually similar, because you know? "Written" things, usually depend on the context.
Like, if we moved the grimoires to computers, then the context would become info2. The information in the grimoire is in the narrative context, since they are books and the "information" is in text/narrative form.
But this could also be the same thing, for example, in Doki Doki the script for the entire game is a file in the game files (which are changed by the characters), so it ends up becoming both.

The thing is, information is very broad term, like for computer specific information we have separate data manipulation, considering the fact that text is very much related to information, as even noted on the page of text manip, and the fact it's directly stated to be, well, information, we could get just both text/plot and info type 2

Idk if the worlds being made in the grimoires would help justify info type 2. I tried pushing that with the whole process of the Grimoire cast getting Trevor back and it’s treated more like type 1 info than type 2 since it was based on knowledge more than something fundamental to reality.

Yeah, that exact feat of bringing Trevor back from the info of the whip + GoS cast knowledge wouldn't cut it, but creating a world inside a grimoire from the information in there with this said information literally describing what is inside that reality should qualify tbh

I’m a bit unsure on that end if we can count that as information type 2 tbh. If you want to push for it then go ahead but I’m not fully confident on it being able to qualify for info type 2.

Should we treat the Judgement Dracula as 1999 Dracula?

Judgment Dracula is very clearly Post Rondo and Pre-SOTN Dracula. He remembers Maria during the events of Rondo of Blood but also comments to Alucard that he never defeated him in a 1 v 1 in the past.

Iirc he recognizes Eric and this is meant to be a fully resurrected Dracula. He also has alot of eclipse imagery with his design

The only fights he canonically has in the story with the playable cast is against Aeon, Alucard, Trevor, Simon and Maria. The interactions with the latter 4 heavily implies this Dracula is pre-SOTN era Dracula, otherwise he wouldn’t have told Alucard they never fought 1 on 1 before.
