Academy City? Touma

Anywhere else, Avicebron

Avicebron needs at least 2-3 sec to construct a golem, overwhelming Touma with number only can work when the environment allows him to. AC is bad, it is Touma's home turf, he is super familiar on how to abuse this environment to force the fight into a basic street fight.

Also hydrobike and other vehicles can be hijacked by touma to launch suicidal rams at Avicebron, not like a single golem punch is going to kill him before he ram his fist into avicebron's face.

Avicebron is a bad matchup, his closeup fight is like super SUPER turd level, like shakespear and anderson level turd. And golems, no matter how sturdy they are, 1 touch of IB is bye bye for them, and ironically the large size of them means they are actually terrible for zerg rush.

Also Avicebron is knowledgable for his art in mystics, as for his tactics and combat planning...yeah, I don't see anything that noteworthy.

Wait, no never mind, saw that he starts with 2 golems, Avicebron is dead. His spawning time is way too long for Touma not to crack his face in one punch, move the fighting ground somewhere else and gave him 5km or more distance before the fight gets fair.
