Kabuto at 7-C cannot win. Both at 7-A, Kabuto absolutely crushes by being more than just punching really hard.

Yeah. It is more than likely Kabuto doesn't get over the AP gap here. Also, I'm not sure if you take it into consideration yet, but Kabuto has the speed advantage

In his Carnage form, he mindlessly punches at everything and is physically unable to stop.

The genjutsu he has shown won't help here.

Kabuto FRA: Carnage is a psichoytic killer with no so plan of fight prefering only use little strategy, while Kabuto has hax, intelligence, genjutsu wich maybe can use to trick him

This is base form Carnage, transformation is restricted. Kabuto's wincon is genjutsu. The speed gap seems close.

Ah. Hence the relevance of speed & intelligence, since Kabuto just has to trap Kabuto's Mind in a Genjutsu or something to have him incapacitated for 24 or more hours to win, eh?

Yeah. Kabuto can just sense his strength and start with Genjutsu GG. He rarely engages in h2h combat IIRC. But if Carnage can manage to land a hit on him, he wins.

Ah because Carnage Kabuto has... something to be Verse Equalized to Chakra? (Not denying that he does, just a little confused.)

I'm not sure if he has something like that. But Genjutsu works on him because verse equalization assumes that he has something like energy, etc.. and that is equivalent to chakra.

Carnage Kabuto is stronger but I doubt he'd land a hit on Yakushi, using hax right from the get-go is in-character and he's also faster than Carnage Kabuto. I don't see Carnage having any way to resist most of Yakushi's hax.
