Sanji upscales from his 3.9 GT self in a pretty long scaling chain

RS Sanji upscales from Base Sanji > Oven > Cracker's Dura > Biscuit Soldier Dura > G3rd Luffy > Monster Hody > 3.9 GT
 
Sanji doesn't fly, he kicks off the air and he can float really high, but if she takes it to space or if she moves around in complicated motions, Sanji's not matching it.

From what I remember in the movie it's not too crazy comparable to Sanji's Observation Haki, so Sanji has an advantage in sensing

Mobility is hardly a factor here. Remember, Bellamy? he's got better mobility than most characters in OP, besides, Sanji will constantly force her to engage in close combat, to make matters worse she consistently needs to avoid/dodge Sanji's extremely hot DJ kicks, capable of burning through her bones with one kick, now imagine a barrage of DJ kicks (with seemingly no end), also let's don't sleep on the wide variety of Sanji kicks, he doesn't just stop with one kick, he'll mercilessly kick her until she passes out.

When it comes to Skills in combat, Sanji utterly stomped Rokushiki masters (almost knocked down bleuno with one kick, implied that a certain kick would have ended Kalifa's career and defeated the third strongest in his weakened state). Furthermore, Sanji's got future sight and Precognition he'll have less difficulty dodging her attacks than Marvel dodging Sanji's attacks. Even people with better senses than Marvel had difficulty dodging or blocking Sanji's attacks.

Sanji's pain tolerance allows him to keep on fighting while heavily injured, he should take far more damage than a Usopp who survived a hit from a 5ton bat to the head (almost shattering his head, but broke his nose,).

Marvel Abilities:
  • Heat manipulation", depending on how hot it is, Sanji will resist it.
  • "Possibly Precognition", is a straight confirmation that her precognition is far worse than Satori and the other priests.
  • "Electricity manipulation", Sanji multiple times survived Nami's gag thunderbolt (his simpsmoke is deactivated here though)
  • "Enhanced senses", Sanji has it too just like vast majority of kenbushoku haki users.
(Anything else is already covered in my first argument)
