Captain John Price revision

Would Price be a Wall level 9-B tier since he can trade blows with those who can harm him including General Shepard and Makarov who can both survive helicopter crashes, and kicks the door open while carrying Soap during the mission called Blood Brothers? What do you guys think?

That glass tanked the helicopter explosion, so Wall level is mostly fine.
