Captain Ginyu vs Magus

Looking at their stats, i'm going to have to go with Magus, while at first glance they have similar ones and Ginyu has flight, body change and telekinesis, Magus has all his stats with AT LEAST, while Ginyu is a POSSIBLY, not only that but Magus has some pretty amount of hax and black hole creation could counter the flight ability. This isn't a stomp because I could see Ginyu stealing some victories with flight + nuking with ki blasts without stopping like Vegeta does some times, or with a body change when Magus doesn' expect it, but overall Magus would win more times than Ginyu.
