Mmm not sure here. Captain america has the shield that can protect himself from basically everything Kazuma throws at him, including extreme heat mode. Kazuma has extreme pain tolerance so he won't go down very easily. I'll wait for supporters.

aye Kiryu has a speed amp with Dragon Spirit, and even with normal Heat iirc, this makes it difficult for Cap to protect himself with his shield in the first place. On the other hand, Cap has a huge AP advantage (5.78x, to be exact) as well as a significant LS advantage (not sure if Cap gonna use his LS tho but eh)
