Canon Crossover?

I checked the rules and I am having a hard time finding where we can't scale characters on crossovers. BH has shown feats to prove that he is on par with the other characters in the crossovers due to this

as well as characters like Dr. Flug able to tortue the narator who is shown to be an actual human above fiction.


I think this is a one sided canon since the orginization is introduced into the canon through the crossovers.
