Raizel is out stated in almost every category and has never shown to use his hax against someone w/ the likes of Naruto's durability, can it be removed?

Can we remove Raizel from Naruto's losses? "Blood hax" is high fallacy

Blood hax ignores conventional durability. It doesn't matter how strong the person is, if they cannot control the flow their own blood control in some sort of manner, then it's resulted in their loss

Where is it stated that the blood hax has this feat? If Raizel was never shown taking out a moon level+ durability character how can you conclude that Raizel's blood hax is that strong?

Looking over the argument claim, Blood Field removes the person from existence when it is totally captured.
He also has hemokinesis, which controls the blood inside the person, so I don't see how naruto can avoid that.

A moon level character doesn't necessarily have moon level blood flow.

Yes but at the same time Alakabamm stated that there is no proof that it would work on someone on Naruto's level. Making it a NLF. If Raizel fights a Universe Level character who is slower than him, does that mean he wins?

- Manipulation of blood as the liquid - a kind of manipulation of the water / liquid, allowing the blood to control as any other liquid material, changing its shape, partly even changing the structure (for example, increasing density), or even giving some unusual for normal blood properties (eg, creating Blood from the sharp blades). Also, due to the manipulation of someone else's blood, this ability allows you to kill the enemy at a distance, just tearing it their blood vessels.
Raizel is Quasi-solid, so it should work similarly to this.

So if Raizel fought Virgo Shaka at equal speed are you saying he could control his blood? If speed was equal could he control Nu.52 Supes blood too?

Durability should prevent damage to the body outside of the direct blood control unless the person controlling the blood could overcome that durability.
Blood is used for carrying oxygen as part ofm the process that provides energy to the cells, so someone with enough energy/chakra/force/whatever control should still be able to function for a while by burning through their alternate energy stores... and literally anyone should be able to keep fighting for as long as they can hold their breath since holding your breath has the same overall effect of cutting off the oxygen supply.
Regenerationn of a certain level should be able to replace the lost blood/oxygen/nutrients from a halted blood flow at a fast enough pace for it to not matter. Especially beings who can instantly regenerate lost limbs or from nothing probably give 0 ***** about having their blood stopped.
