Can Type 5 Acausal's be affected by aspects they dont have?

Type 5 is outside of Causality, but are they outside other metaphysical aspects if they have never shown to be on those levels?
Ie can someone with Plot manipulation affect a Type 5 when the Type 5 hasent shown to be outside of Plot

Plot Manipulation can still affect Acausality Type 5, as there is no reason to assume causality is outside of the Narrative/Plot. However, if causality has been shown to exist outside of the Narrative, then an Aca Type 5 Being would be unaffected by Plot Manipulation.

Likewise, if an Aca Type 5 Being has been shown to be unaffected by Plot Manipulation in the verse, then that also works as evidence. I should note, that this all depends on how exactly the Plot Manipulation works, and what it does.
