Can This Team Defeat the Choas Gods?

Cegorach and Isha are probably irrelevant in terms of an actual fight. Maybe Isha can do some healing and Cegorach can cause destractions, but I don't know how useful it'd be. That leaves the majority of the fight as the Emperor, Khaine, and Ynnead vs Khorne, Tzeentch, Nurgle, and Slaanesh. 3 vs 4, so the Chaos Gods have the numerical advantage.

Khaine's best bet would probably be to go for Slaanesh, since he was able to hold his own against it after Slaanesh had just gorged on the rest of the pantheon, so he may be able to actually pull out a victory. Ynnead may inherently go for Slaanesh as well, though, as its whole purpose kinda revolves around destroying She Who Thirsts. If this happens, it's the Emperor vs the other 3 Chaos Gods, and while he can definitely hold them off, I don't see him winning. There is also the possibility that Khorne goes straight after Khaine like he did during the Fall, and that would mean the Emperor would only have to face Tzeentch and Nurgle.

I think the answer here is very clear;

Malal Wins

The Emperor is capable of holding all four Chaos Gods from breaking into realspace. Cegorach and Isha aren't really combative, although Cegorach's tricks and Isha's healing will keep Big E in pretty good shape. Khaine and Yneead will destroy Slaanesh (Khaine was able to hold his own for a time, and Ynnead is prophesized to destroy Slaanesh outright), before turning to the other Gods. This is when the Emperor gets his golden ass into offense mode and the Gods are shredded.

Malal gains a boost in power, however, and the Gods eventually reform, under different names and shapes, perhaps, but their conceptual nature means all life must die before they do.

In the end, Malal/Malice really wins here, as he'll show up and backstab everyone. But let's assume he's incapacitated or just watching here. In this case, Team Emperor/Eldar/Aeldari(thanksGW) wins, as it'll take time for Chaos to reform.
