Straight up Spiderman rip off with same power & stuff, though its appreantly a licensed character that pretty popular back then in 1969 with over 20 series of comic books

You used the word "licensed", does that mean that Marvel gave them the Spider-Man license? If so, there shouldn't be any issues, this would be a legal use of Spider-Man

However, it there is no connection to Marvel, I think this would wall under fanfiction, assuming it's literally just Spider-Man being used without permission
