We do not consider off-site calculations as a basis for upgrading character profiles. If someone wishes to propose an upgrade, they must create a blog post for the calculation on the wiki and have it approved by our calculation moderators.

Justice is an 8-C feat. People seem to always forget that we see the town, in full, both anime and manga. And it isn't this huge multi-km locale, it's like 200m.
Plat does indeed inhale the whole of Justice which covered not just the town, but even further beyond, but even that doesn't do much. Fog ain't exactly heavy, and it took Plat almost 47 seconds to inhale all of it.
He also inhaled it toward a center point, so we use the 1/12th formula.
Basically, the feat ain't special, the town isn't big, the town not being speed coupled with the length means the speed is also low (like 7mps), and the 1/12th just guts it.
It's 8-C at best, like 0.54 tons. It's more worthwhile for the LS aspect of it.
Anubis Chariot being 3-4x stronger is just made up. They never say that anywhere. Dude is conflating unquantifiable speed gaps, to being whole multipliers, worst part is, the gaps ain't even huge.
Peak Plat/TW > Anubis Chariot (Surpassed Plat at that time, though only barely after a drawn out clash of many blows) > Plat > Anubis Pol > Anubis Khan > Chariot.
Anubis Pol was encroaching Plat, Jotaro even says he's almost as fast as him and if it keeps up, he'll get surpassed.
Anubis Khan was already close, with Jotaro saying he only barely got a direct head shot in and he's quite powerful and shouldn't be taken lightly. Anubis Khan was faster than Chariot, but Chariot could still fend him off with effort, he wasn't getting blitzed.
Which is to say, Anubis Khan was already fast enough to be problematic, and Chariot could still contend. There's a gap, but it ain't no 4x.
The other shit I can't even read but going by the iages used.
I'd assume Heavy Weather? Which is a non-offensive enviromental destruction usable only due to the fact the Stand who can do so, manipulates the atmosphere. Weather can not punch with that force, his ability, his "hax" you could say, is what enables him to destroy the ozone. This wouldn't scale to Plat, or anyone really, Plat is the strongest, but this isn't strength.
The other is White Album freezing seas, which isn't even what he's saying. He's saying he has nigh absolute zero temperatures, and at such temperatures all matter halts. And then gives examples to underscore how bad that is, in how even a roaring train or a raging sea would be halted at such temperatures.
He isn't saying he can do so, after all, how could? His Stand doesn't even have the range.
But as above, not strength. His actual ice manip feats High 8-Cish though. But, Plat already scales higher, but that's beside the point, we can't scale the ice manip to raw power.
The value for Plat's rage amp is also made up. "It's 3-5x" is based on literally just guessing.
And then the "highball". "He punched Dio in the head, which cancelled time stop, time stop is uni+ so-". Yeah no, ignoring the fact it wasn't cancelled, in no way would attacking the source of an ability, causing it to malfunction, be the same as clashing with said ability or overpowering it or however they're framing it. Time Stop isn't even Uni+ anyway.
The speed slop is fine, but not the multipliers which just get made up.
Which is to say, literally never. There ain't even any calcs, it's just words.
