Can there be multiple, coexisting Supreme Kai of Time?

With the inclusion of that cute, blue-haired, ex-Supreme Kai of Time in Heroes, we can conclude that there can be different Supreme Kai of Time.

But considering one of them alone, that being Chronoa, oversees all space-time across the multiverse, could there or are there multiple versions of Chronoa as the Supreme Kai of Time or just one?
