I actually saw this thread and was watching infamous 2 and was going to tell you when I found the scene but so far I haven't found it yet still got more of it to go though.

I've went and watched the story and can't seem to find it, though it seems there are TV's around the city that you find that aren't apart of the main story that broadcast the news but I can't find any videos of people collecting them.

I'll keep searching around but it's unlikely I'll find it, if I had the game I would have played it myself but I don't.
