ok first off. UI ( ultra instinct) and MUI (mastered ultra instinct) r extremely fast ( light speed+, *could suppass time in Seth words for MUI* ) as its shown in the anime so i want everyone ideas on if reinhard can dodge a rush from an UI or MUI or not
