Can multipliers be calculated?

I've been told that multipliers have to come from statements and cannot be calculated, despite it not being adressed anywhere.

If a specific object is shown to be 2x faster than someone's regular movement rather than stated then why wouldn't it be valid?

U can deduce other multipliers based on a single multiplier or a power lvl chart. Example:

Amp #1 makes a guy 10x stronger
Amp #2 is stronger than Amp #1, making it a 10x multiplier too

and

A character's power level with amp #1 is shown to be 150 000, and he defeated B character with that
B character's power level in base is shown to be 500

So A character is 300x stronger than B character using his amp (so his amp is a 300x multiplier)

Probably for the same reasons we don't allow calc stacking

That isn't a multiplier. Something can't be shown to be x amount of times faster than something else without a statement or a calc.
