Let's hope this turns out to well and isn't a stomp for either side.

Given he isn't using Mewtwo for one of his stories he'd likely go for either Classifying Mewtwo as powerless and stupid which would take away all of Mewtwo's intelligence, his powers and abilities including his over all power and his very form. Or he'd just erase him from existence.

Classification hax is thought based. However when it's an extremely potent classification a ray or several rays of light shine down around him after his thought and then it takes effect.

Does it have to be potent to defeat Mewtwo?

Will he use his full power right away?

Depends on Mewtwo's level of resistance. Classification hax is a combination of Fate and Law Hax. The only reason he needed more potent versions was because the people he was using said hax against were highly resistant to said hax.

No, he wouldn't use the more potent versions right away because he doesn't know if Mewtwo is resistant or not.

Proof that it's thought based?
He literally pulled the Life Force out of a doll without moving. All of his powers come from Classification which includes his teleportation which activated without moving or uttering a single word along, same goes for when he dispelled the Illusion around himself. For the strongest Classifications he still doesn't move or say anything and only needs to think, however these Classification effects happen after one or more pillers of light come down.

Also this is the first time I've ever been asked for proof like this when I've never seen anyone ask this question on any other verses match...

It is thought based, as said above we've discussed what it is/does pretty specifically (there was a thread exclusively to this power awhile back).

I'm not sure this match is fair though, I get the notion that they both think at each other and Beil's law stuff says MewTwo has no power whereas MewTwo might TK or temp incap Beil until he dies. Even then IIRC MewTwo uses his hand to guide TK so Beil shoots first.

I disagreed with a lot of stuff but I thought that was raised and found to be a stomp? If it wasn't then by all means, I would agree MewTwo has the capacity to win but simply won't due to Beil acting faster with better things.

huzzah

In that case I'd err on the side of the more commonly accepted thing which fits my own ideology just fine, coincidentally. I'll vote Beil. Faster draw and better abilities that instantly win.
