Can anime flashback scenes now be used for feats? (Golden Wind)

According to the above Twitter post, Araki was directly involved in the added flashback scenes in the Golden Wind. Would this count as Word of God, and make them usable for feats?

It wouldn't mean that much, but the one that could matter the most IMO is Fugo beating up his teacher with a book as a kid, which was thought of by Araki himself according to the article. This could give him an actual feat for being able to fight as a kid, making him able to have an actual fight against de-aging characters like Alessi.

The Fugo beating up his professor with abook is in the manga too, it's directly stated by Illuso when going over Fugo's profile. It just wasnt shown but it did happen.

If Araki had invovement then it's free game at least if it aint contradictory to the source material.

The Hitman Team flashbacks would be something of note though. The Little Feet popping a target with a car would be something to note.

Would also make the fact Ciocolatta killed Sorbet and Gelato supplementary canon.
