Yes this has happened a lot of times in manga and anime but we don't assume that a user can unless they have specifically shown to or stated that they can

Hey Thanks for the quick response. Can you name an example off the top of your head? I can't really recall any media that had one. The reason I ask the question is because on the Superpower wiki I had a fellow user making a point that gravity shouldn't by able to make a wormhole/teleport, while I was making the counterpoint that it could.AstralKing7 said:
