According to this thread Here, Giant Robots should be around Low 7-C due to size yeah? They are over that requirement. At the very least 9-A is a severe lowball for them.

I was thinking about this a few months ago, unfortunately I don't think the Low 7-C rating would fit as they don't move proportionately to a human of their size (they're not moving at over 800 m/s like a human of this size would be capable of running at), so I don't think Low 7-C would work for them. I do think that they should be elligible for 8-C to High 8-C due to size alone though.
