Honestly, Caleb has almost every advantage. He's stronger (even when Doom is fully amped), has many of the same types of weapons as Doom (guns, launchers, explosives, futuristic firearms, artifacts, etc), generally more lethal options at his disposal, can bypass armor while Doom can't do the same, can heal himself, can use Reflective Shots to briefly reflect just about any damage that Doom is capable of dishing out due to the latter possessing mostly physical attacks/weapons, and has a whole lot more angles with which he can attack thanks to the Orb, the Flayer, the Life Leech's sentry mode and the All-Seeing Eye.
The "major" points I would give the Doom Slayer are for his raw combat experience and stamina, both of which are undoubtedly superior. He also has resistances to some of Caleb's hax weapons which should help him immensely, and his melee weapons definitely outstrip Caleb's combat knife and pitchfork. But that's about it.
Sooo, yeah. Not a stomp, but I think it's fair to say that Caleb takes this one due to versatility, counters and being able to attack from multiple angles at once.
Doomslayer is at a bit of a disadvantage since he is a little over baseline 8-A. And if I followed the profiles correctly, Caleb scales to 476 tons.of tnt.
I'll go with Caleb for King's reasons.
Though, it is worth mentioning that DDM has a calc in the pipeline that could put Doom well into 8-A, or even higher.
